STEP TWO
SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN OR SOME IDEA
● Send us your own artwork, or sketch, or some reference photos, or the special elements compromises into your watches, so our experienced design team can help you to create your own watch deisgn, to make your ideas become manufacturable.

STARTS THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & DRAWINGS
We will present you with the perfect products, colors and branding presentation to fit your target market.

STEP FOUR
QUOTATION & ORDERING
QUOTATION: Based on the technical specifications of the customized design, Terison will provide you a detailed production quotation with a reasonable prices based on MOQ (Usually in the 100 pieces per Color per model). We will do great job on QUALITY CONTROL & COST CONTROL.
ORDERING: Once we have agreed on the technical and commercial conditions of the project, We will require an advance payment of the total amount to arrange the pre-production samples for final approval before bulk production.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES, CREATE BRANDED PACKAGING
We’ll do one-stop packaging solution for your own brand watches, and create amazing unboxing experience your customers will love, taking into consideration brand, utility and sustainability.
STEP FIVE
SAMPLING
It usually takes 1 month to produce a sample of customized design, which we then ship to your address by Air Express freight for final approval before starting bulk production.
STEP SIX
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
● Once the sample is approved, Terison will produce your customized watches in the bulk production, perform a strict quality control process to make sure that all the final complete watches are just like the samples that you approved earlier, or some details or colors if want it improved during the bulk production.
● Standard warranty time is 1 year after delivery has been made for any manufacturing issue.

STEP SEVEN
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
● Terison work with reliable logistic company who can offer perfect logistics solution and ensures we can deliver the watches to where you need them, when you need them. We take complete ownership of your product until it has reached its final destination.
● Normally, Once your watch is ready and quality checked 100% by our QC staffs, we will deliver to you by air (5-15 days) or sea (1~2 months), depending on your preference.
